| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على أثر حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية على التعليم الريادي لعينة من الطلبة المسجلين بحاضنة ا لأعمال جامعة ميلة، وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة والتساؤلات الفرعية واختبار فروض الد را سة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك بالاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بمتغيرا ت الد را سة، حيث تم توزيع 60 استبانة واسترجع منها 43 استبانة صالحة للتحليل، كما تم تحليل البيانات المجمعة بواسطة برنامج SPSS 27 . وقد خلصت الد را سة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجو د أثر إيجابي معنوي لحاضنة الأعمال الجامعية بخدماتها المختلفة على مخرجات التعليم الريادي )العقلية الريادية، النية الريادية، القد را ت الريادية، الوضع الريادي والأداء الريادي( لدى الطلبة المسجلين لحاضنة أعمال جامعة ميلة |
| Description: | This study aimed to determine the impact of university business incubators on entrepreneurial education for a sample of students registered at the University of Mila Business Incubator. To answer the problem posed, the sub-questions, and to test the study hypotheses, the descriptive approach was used in the theoretical aspect. In the applied aspect, a field study was conducted at the University of Mila Business Incubator, relying on the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting information related to the study variables. 60 questionnaires were distributed, and 43 questionnaires were answered. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27 software. The study concluded with several key findings, most notably: the university business incubator, with its various services, has a significant positive impact on the outcomes of entrepreneurial education (entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial capabilities, entrepreneurial status, and entrepreneurial performance) among students enrolled in the University of Mila's business incubator |
