dc.description	This memorandum is based on the role of translation to break the barrier of linguistic difference between peoples, and that idioms are above all a cultural phenomenon. Target language In order for the translation process to be successful, these expressions transcend the general sense and include the metaphorical aspect which creates a beautiful effect on the recipient's soul, eliminating monotony in the language and attracting and arousing the interest of the recipient. reader	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ترتكز هذه المذكرة على دور الترجمة في كسر حاجز الاختلاف اللغوي بين الشعوب و بان التعابير الاصطلاحية تعد ظاهرة ثقافية بالدرجة الأولى فهي تلعب دورا بارزا في نقل الموروث الثقافي و الخلفيات المجتمعية ، وترجمتها تتطلب توفر المترجم على رصيد ثقافي و لغوي كافي يمكنه من وجود مكافئ لها في اللغة الهدف لكي تكون العملية الترجمية ناجحة ، أن هذه التعابير تتجاوز المعنى العام و تشتمل على الجانب المجازي الذي يخلق اثرا جميلا في نفس المتلقي تقضي على الرتابة في اللغة وتجذب و تثير اهتمام القارئ	en_US
