This work is devoted to the study, analysis, and stabilization of a four-dimensional memristor-based chaotic circuit derived from the classical Chua system. The introduction of the memristor element endows the system with strongly nonlinear dynamics, which may generate highly complex behaviors such as chaos and perchaos. In order to suppress these undesirable oscillations and ensure the stability of the studied system, a nonlinear control strategy based on adaptive control is presented. The proposed controller dynamically adjusts the system parameters according to the measured state variables, thereby guaranteeing the asymptotic nvergence of the trajectories toward a desired equilibrium point. Numerical simulations validate the ffectiveness of the proposed control law, demonstrating its ability to stabilize chaotic trajectories and to restore stable steady-state behavior.en_US
