| Abstract: | هدفت الد را سة الى محاولة التعرف على دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وإبرا ز أهميتها كأداة استرا تيجية تدمج بين المؤشر ا ت المالية والغير مالية لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية. وقد اعتمدنا على مجموعة من المؤشرا ت الموزعة على الأبعاد الأربعة )المالي،العملاء،العمليات بولاية )SCAEK( الداخلية، التعلم والنمو(، حيث تم إجرا ء د را سة حالة على شركة الاسمنت لعين كبيرة 6102 (، وهي مرحلة تميزت بمضاعفة القدرة الإنتاجية للمؤسسة. حيث تم - سطيف خلال الفترة ) 6102 التوصل إلى أن تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن يساهم بفعالية في الكشف عن نقاط القوى التشغيلية وتعزيزها، وتحديد نواحي القصور خاصة في الجوانب المتعلقة بالسلامة المهنية، مع اقترا ح سبل تصحيحها |
| Description: | This study aims to explore the role of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in evaluating the performance of conomic institution and to highlight its importance as a strategic tool that integrates financial and non-financial indicators distributed across the four perspectives (financial, customer, internal, processes, and learning and Growth) was employed. An applied case study was conducted on Ain El Kebira Cement Company (SCAEK) in Sétif during the period (2016-2017), a phase characterized by doubling the institutions production capacity. The findings indicate that implementing the balanced scorecard significantly contributes to identifying and reinforcing perational strengths, as well as diagnosing performance shortcomings, particularly in occupational safety aspects, while proposing corrective measures. |
