Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of adopting the open innovation model on the financial performance of industrial enterprises in Mila Province. It highlights various theoretical aspects related to open innovation and financial performance and analyzes the actual adoption of this model within the studied industrial enterprises. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool from a sample of industrial enterprises in Mila Province. Data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics Version 27.The study's findings revealed a positive correlation between adopting open innovation and improved financial performance in industrial enterprises, despite some obstacles hindering its widespread application within the local industrial environment.
