The study addressed the concepts of digitalization, digital transformation, and cybersecurity, while explaining the main digital banking services and cyber risks facing the banking sector. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and conducted a field study using a questionnaire distributed to a group of commercial banks in order to determine the extent to which digitalization and cybersecurity contribute to enhancing the security of digital banking transactions. The findings revealed that digitalization has significantly improved the speed and efficiency of banking services; however, it has also increased cyber risks, making cybersecurity a strategic necessity to ensure the protection of data and financial transactions. The results also confirmed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the integration of digitalization and cybersecurity and the protection of commercial banking transactions by reducing cyberattacks and enhancing customer trust in digital banking services.en_US
