dc.descriptionThis study aims to measure the extent to which organizational trust, with its various dimensions (trust in senior management, trust in supervisors, trust in colleagues), contributes to achieving job excellence at the Faculty of Economics, University of Mila. to answer the problem raised and the sub-questions and test the study ypotheses, reliance was placed on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect and the case study ethod in the applied aspect using a questionnaire that was distributed to a simple random sample of 76 professors at the Faculty of Economics in Mila, representing 69.09% of the total population of the study, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS V25 software. The study concluded that the level of application of the study riables at the Faculty of Economics in Mila was high with respect to the two study variables (organizational trust and job excellence), The results of the study also showed that there is an effect of organizational trust with its different dimensions on job excellence at the Faculty of Economics in Mila, as organizational trust with its ifferent dimensions contributes 54.4% to the changes that occur in job excellence, which is an acceptable contribution rate, while the rest of the percentage is due to other factors, The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the answers of the sample members regarding the variable of organizational trust on job excellence in the College of Economics in Mila, the subject of the study, due to the academic rank variable, while there were no differences in the answers of the studied sample members at the significance level (0.05) due to the rest of the personal variablesen_US
dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الد را سة إلى قياس مدى مساهمة الثقة التنظيمية بأبعادها المختلفة )الثقة بالإدارة العليا، الثقة بالمشرفين، الثقة بالزملاء( في تحقيق التميز الوظيفي بكلية الاقتصاد بجامعة ميلة، وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة والتساؤلات الفرعية واختبار فروض الد را سة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ومنهج د را سة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي باستخدام إستبانة تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 67 أستاذ بكلية الاقتصاد ميلة بما يمثل 69.09% من ؛SPSS V المجتمع الكلي للد را سة، وقد تم تحليل البيانات المجمعة باستخدام برنامج 25 وقد خلصت الد را سة إلى أن مستوى تطبيق متغيرا ت الد راسة بكلية الاقتصاد ميلة محل الد را سة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة بالنسبة لمتغيري الد را سة )الثقة التنظيمية والتميز الوظيفي(، كما بينت نتائج الد را سة وجود أثر للثقة التنظيمية بأبعادها المختلفة على التميز الوظيفي بكلية الاقتصاد ميلة محل الد را سة، إذ تساهم الثقة التنظيمية بأبعادها المختلفة بنسبة 4545 % في التغيرا ت التي تحدث في التميز الوظيفي وهي نسبة مساهمة مقبولة في حين أن باقي النسبة را جع إلى عوامل أخرى ، كما بينت نتائج الد را سة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ) 4.4 .( في إجابات أفرا د العينة حول متغير الثقة التنظيمية على التميز الوظيفي في كلية الاقتصاد ميلة محل الدرا سة تعزى إلى متغير الرتبة العلمية، في حين لم تكن هناك فروق في إجابات أفرا د العينة المدروسة عند مستوى الدلالة ) 4.4 .( تعزى إلى باقي المتغيرا ت الشخصيةen_US
