dc.description	This study aimed to identify the role of strategic planning in improving institutional performance in higher education institutions, using a case study of Abdelhafid Boussouf University. The study stemmed from a central question: Is there a statistically significant relationship between strategic planning and institutional performance at Abdelhafid Boussouf University, given the challenges and rapid changes occurring in the higher education sector? To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted as the most suitable method for studying the phenomenon under investigation. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool from the study sample. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to test the study's hypotheses and answer its research questions. The study concluded that strategic planning plays a positive role in improving institutional performance, contributing to a clear vision and objectives, improved utilization of available resources, and increased organizational efficiency and effectiveness, which positively impacts the institution's performance and the achievement of its strategic goals. In light of the findings, the study recommended strengthening the culture of strategic planning within higher education institutions, providing the necessary resources for its implementation, and involving various stakeholders in the preparation and execution of strategic plans, while ensuring continuous monitoring and evaluation to guarantee the achievement of desired objectives and improve institutional performance	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هد فت هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على دور التخطيط الاسترا تيجي في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، من خلال د را سة حالة جامعة عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف. وانطلقت الد را سة من إشكالية رئيسية تتمثل في هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التخطيط الاسترا تيجي و الأداء المؤسسي في جامعة عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ؟ ، وذلك في ظل التحديات والتغيرا ت المتسارعة التي يشهدها قطاع التعليم العالي . ولتحقيق أهداف الد را سة،تمالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب لدرا سة الظاهرة محل البحث، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من أفرا د عينة الد را سة. وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة بهدف اختبار فرضيات الد را سة والإجابة عن تساؤلاتها . وتوصلت الد را سة إلى وجود دور إيجابي للتخطيط الاسترا تيجي في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي، حيث يساهم في وضوح الرؤية وا لأهداف، وتحسين استغلال الموارد المتاحة، ورفع مستوى الكفاءة والفعالية التنظيمية، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على أداء المؤسسة وتحقيق أهدافها الاسترا تيجية . وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها، أوصت الد راسة بضرورة تعزيز ثقافة التخطيط الاسترا تيجي داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وتوفير الموارد اللازمة لتطبيقه، وإشرا ك مختلف الفاعلين في إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط الاسترا تيجية، مع الحرص على المتابعة والتقييم المستمر لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي	en_US
