Abstract:	تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى تحليل أثر تطبيق النظام المعلوماتي المدمج PROGRES على عصرنة مؤسسات التعليم العالي، من خلال د را سة حالة عينة من موظفي جامعة ميلة. في ظل التحولات الرقمية المتسارعة، أصبحت نظم المعلومات ضرورة استرا تيجية لتحسين الأداء الإداري والبيداغوجيا داخلا الجامعات، حيث تساهم في تبسيط الإجرا ءات، تسريع معالجة المعلومات، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات الجامعية. اعتمدت الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل الإطار النظري المتعلق بنظم المعلومات وعصرنة التعليم العالي، والمنهج التحليلي لد را سة العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث، باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 60 موظفًا، وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج SPSS . ركزت الد را سة على مجموعة من الأبعاد المرتبطة بنظام OGRES ، والمتمثلة في: مستوى الإلمام بالنظام، سهولة استخدامه، الدعم التقني والتكويني، وأمن وسرية المعلومات، وذلك لقياس مدى تأثيرها على عصرنة مؤسسات التعليم العالي. وقد توصلت الد را سة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق نظام PROGRES في تحسين الأداء الإداري وتطوير أساليب التسيير، مما يساهم في تحقيق التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسات الجامعية. وأوصت الد را سة ضرورة الاهتمام بتوفير التكوين والدعم اللازمين للمستخدمين لضمانالاستغلال الأمثل لهذه الأنظمة
Description:	This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the integrated information system PROGRES on the modernization of higher education institutions, through a case study of a sample of employees at Mila University. In light of the rapid digital transformations, information systems have become a strategic necessity for improving administrative and pedagogical performance within universities, as they contribute to simplifying procedures, accelerating information processing, and enhancing the quality of university services . The study adopted the descriptive method to analyze the theoretical framework related to information systems and the modernization of higher education, and the analytical method to examine the relationship between the study variables. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, targeting a sample of 60 employees. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS software. The study focused on a set of dimensions related to the PROGRES system, namely: the level of familiarity with the system, ease of use, technical and training support, and information security and confidentiality, in order to measure their impact on the modernization of higher education institutions. The results revealed a statistically significant effect of the PROGRES system on improving administrative performance and developing management methods, which contributes to achieving digital transformation within university institutions . The findings also highlighted the importance of adopting integrated information systems in enhancing management efficiency, improving service quality, and supporting decision-making. It also emphasized the need to provide adequate training and technical support to users to ensure the optimal use of these systems
