dc.description	This study focuses on the impact of adopting electronic payment methods on enhancing performance efficiency within Algérie Poste. It adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, supported by a case study applied to the main postal agency in Mila during the first half of 2026. The study seeks to address how digital solutions and newly introduced channels— such as the Edahabia card, the BaridiMob application, and modern contactless payment techniques based on NFC and RFID technologies—contribute to alleviating congestion, reducing waiting queues, and resolving the liquidity crisis compared to traditional methods. Ultimately, the study concludes that electronic payment methods directly contribute to enhancing the performance of the institution under study	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتمحور هذه الد را سة حول أثر تبني وسائل الدفع اللكتروني في رفع كفاءة الأداء داخل مؤسسة بريد الجزا ئر، متبنية منهجاا وصفياا تحليلياا مدعوماا بأسلوب د را سة حالة بالتطبيق على الوكالة الرئيسية لبريد ميلة خلل النصف الول من سنة 2026 وتسعى الد را سة لمعالجة إشكالية مدى مساهمة الحلول الرقمية والقنوات المستحدثة مثل ( البطاقة الذهبية، تطبيق بريدي موب، وتقنيات الدفع اللتلمسي في تخفيف حدة الزدحام، تقليص طوابير (RFID و NFC الحديثة المعتمدة على تكنولوجيا النتظار، وحل أزمة السيولة مقارنة بالوسائل التقليدية، وقد خلصت الد را سة أن وسائل الدفع اللكتروني تساهم وبشكل مباشر في تعزيز أداء المؤسسة محل الد را سة.	en_US
