| dc.description | This study aims to highlight the impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of financial management within the 'Sonelgaz' Mila institution, considering that digital transition has become a vital tool for improving financial and administrative performance. By adopting a descriptive-analytical approach and a case study, the research examines how digital systems accelerate data processing and strengthen financial control, focusing specifically on key performance indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The findings indicate that digital transformation contributes positively to financial efficiency by reducing costs and enhancing the quality of financial information and decision-making. While the current impact is primarily structural and cost-related, the study suggests that tangible profit-based returns will manifest as the institution progresses through deeper stages of digital maturity. Finally, the study recommends strengthening digital infrastructure and developing employee skills to ensure the success of this digital shift and the achievement of higher financial efficiency | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الد را سة الى إبرا ز دور التحول الرقمي كركيزة أساسية لتطوير كفاءة التسيير المالي داخل مؤسسة "سونلغاز" ميلة، حيث يساهم الاعتماد على الأنظمة التقنية الحديثة في تسريع معالجة البيانات وتعزيز دقتها والارتقاء بالرقابة المالية. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي و الأسلوب التحليلي المدعم بد را سة ميدانية، ركز البحث على قياس أثر التحول الرقمي على مؤشرا ت الأداء المالي، وبالأخص معدل العائد على الأصول ( ROA ومعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية ) ROE (. وقد توصلت الد را سة إلى أن التحول الرقمي يسهم بفعالية في خفض التكاليف وتحسين جودة القرا را ت الإدارية، مؤكدة أن الأثرالحالي في المؤسسة يظهر بشكل "هيكلي وتكاليفي" تمهيداً لتحقيق عوائد ربحية ملموسة في المرا حل المتقدمة. وتوصي الدر ا سة بضرورة تقوية البنية التحتية الرقمية والاستثمار في تدريب العنصر البشري لضمان استدامة التطور المالي | en_US |
