dc.description	This study aimed to identify the role of digital transformation in improving the quality of postal financial services at the wilaya directorate of Algeria post in Mila in order to achieve the objectives of the study the descriptive analytical method was adopted and a questionnaire was usrd as a tool for collection data from the study ample consisting of 55 employees at the directorate under study. The study concluded that digital transformation is considered one of the most important modern trends adopted by postal institution to improve the quality of their postal financial services the results also showed that there is no statistically significant effect of the mension of digital transformation represented by the digital stratigic orientation technological infrastructure and digital competencies and capabilities while there is a statistically significant effect of the fourth dimension represented by the organizational environment supporting digital transformation.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد را سة الى معرفة دور التحول الرقمي في تحسن جودة الخدمات المالية البريدية بالمديرية الولائية لولاية ميلة حيث ومن أجل تحقيق أغرا ض الدر ا سة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الد را سة المكونة من 55 موظفا بالمديرية محل الدر ا سة. وتوصلت الد را سة الى أن التحول الرقمي يعد من أهم التوجهات الحديثة التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسات البريدية لتحسين جودة خدماتها البريدية كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية على أبعاد التحولي الرقمي المتمثلة في التوجه الاسترا تيجي الرقمي والبنية التكنولوجيا والكفاءات والقد را ت الرقمية، في حين يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية على البعد الرا بع المتمثل في البيئة التنظيمية الداعمة للتحول الرقمي	en_US
