| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور التطبيقات الإلكترونية كآلية حديثة في إدارة ومعالجة أزمة السيولة النقدية بمؤسسة بريد الجزا ئر، مع التركيز على أثرها في توجيه سلوك المعاملات المالية للزبائن. تتمحور إشكالية البحث حول مدى مساهمة الحلول الرقمية في تقليص الاعتماد على النقد الفيزيائي وتخفيف الضغط على الشبكة البريدية، وكيف ينعكس هذا الأثر ميدانياً على مستوى المديرية الولائية لبريد الجزا ئر بميلة. اعتمدت الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض المفاهيم النظرية لكل من التطبيقات والسيولة، والمنهج التحليلي في د را سة الحالة لتحليل البيانات والإحصائيات الرسمية للمؤسسة خلال الفترةلا ( 2021 - 2025 .) وقد توصلت الد را سة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن التوسع في استخدام التطبيقات الإلكترونية )وعلى رأ سها تطبيق بريدي موب BaridiMob والبطاقة الذهبية( يساهم بشكل مباشر وفعال في خفض حجم السحوبات النقدية عبر النوافذ والموزعات الآلية، مما يثبت نجاعة الاسترا تيجية الرقمية لبريد الجزا ئر في امتصاص أزمات نقص السيولة وتحويل المعاملات الكلاسيكية إلى قنوات رقمية مرنة وآمنة |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the role of electronic applications as a modern mechanism in managing and addressing the cash liquidity crisis at Algerie Poste, focusing on their impact on guiding customers' financial transaction behavior. The research problem centers on the extent to which digital solutions contribute to reducing reliance on physical cash and alleviating pressure on the postal network, and how this impact is reflected fieldwise at the level of the Provincial Directorate of Algerie Poste in Mila.The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach to present the theoretical concepts of both applications and liquidity, and the case study analytical approach to analyze the official data and statistics of the institution during the period (2021-2025).The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the expansion in using electronic applications (primarily the BaridiMob application and the Edahabia card) directly and effectively contributes to reducing the volume of cash withdrawals through windows and ATMs, which proves the efficiency of Algerie Poste's digital strategy in absorbing liquidity shortage crises and shifting traditional transactions into flexible and secure digital channels. |
