This study aims to identify the impact of digitalization on improving the efficiency of financial management at the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS) branch in Mila. To achieve this objective, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted for the theoretical framework, while a case study methodology was employed for the applied aspect. Data were collected in the field using a questionnaire administered to employees of the CNAS branch in Mila. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the questionnaire results and test the hypotheses . The study reached a number of conclusions, most notably that the level of digitization implementation within the studied institution was generally high. This reflects a genuine trend towards digital transformation within the organization. The results also showed that both technical and administrative requirements were high, indicating the availability of a suitable technological infrastructure and effective administrative support for digitization projects and their monitoring. The study recommended prioritizing human resources as the foundation for the success of any digital transformation process. It also recommended adopting advanced security systems capable of protecting financial data from breaches or loss, ensuring information confidentiality and proper use, and strengthening ongoing training and development programs for human resources within the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers, particularly in the use of digital technologies, to enhance employee efficiency and effectively keep pace with digital transformationen_US
