dc.description	This dissertation examines the modernization of criminal justice in light of technological development and the increasing use of artificial intelligence within the judicial system. The study shows that criminal justice is no longer limited to traditional procedures but is increasingly shifting toward digitalization and modern tools to improve judicial efficiency and speed up case processing. The research highlights that legal technology has contributed to the development of judicial work by facilitating case management, improving information exchange between judicial authorities, and reducing human errors,which has enhanced transparency and the overall quality of justice. However, the study also identifies several legal and ethical challenges, particularly regarding liability for AI-related errors, the protection of personal data, and the risk of algorithmic bias.The dissertation concludes that artificial intelligence has become an essential tool in modernizing criminal justice, but it requires a clear legal and regulatory framework to ensure a balance between technological efficiency and respect for human rights, while maintaining the judge as the final decision-maker	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع عصرنة العدالة الجنائية في ظل التطور التكنولوجي والاعتماد المتزا يد على الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل المنظومة القضائية. وقد بينت الد ا رسة أن العدالة الجنائية لم تعد تعتمد فقط على الإجرا ءات التقليدية، بل أصبحت تتجه نحو الرقمنة واستخدام الوسائل الحديثة بهدف تحسين فعالية القضاء وتسريع الفصل في القضايا. كما أوضحت الد را سة أن التكنولوجيا القانونية ساهمت في تطوير العمل القضائي من خلال تسهيل إدارة الملفات،وتحسين تبادل المعلومات بين الجهات القضائية، وتقليل الأخطاء البشرية، مما أدى إلى تعزيز الشفافية ورفع جودة العدالة. وفي المقابل، أبرزت المذكرة أن هذا التطور يطرح مجموعة من التحديات القانونية والأخلاقية، أهمها تحديد المسؤولية عند حدوث أخطاء في الأنظمة الذكية، وحماية المعطيات الشخصية، وضمان عدم انحياز الخوارزميا ت. وتخلص المذكرة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي أصبح أداة أساسية في تطوير العدالة الجنائية، لكنه يتطلب إطا را قانونياً وتنظيمياً دقيقاً يضمن التوازن بين فعالية التكنولوجيا واحترا م حقوق الإنسان، مع بقاء القاضي هو صاحب القر ر النهائي	en_US
