| Abstract: | تناولت هذه الد را سة الإطار القانوني لتحفيز الاستثمار في ظل القانهن18 -15 ، من - خلال بيان مفههم الاستثمار وأبعاد التحفيز الموجهة لجذب رؤوس الأعمال. كما عالجت الهيئات والمؤسدات المكلفة بترقية الاستثمار ودورها في تنفيذ الدياسات التحفيزية. وتطرقت إلى مختلف الآليات القانهنية ذات الطابع المالي والجبائي والإداري التي أقرها المذرع لدعم المذاريع الاستثمارية. كما سعت إلى تقييم فعالية هذه الآليات من خلال د را سة آثارها علىالهاقعالاستثماري. وانتهت الد را سة إلى إبرا ز أهم المعيقات والتحديات التي تحد من فعالية تحفيز الاستثمار واقترا ح سبل تعزيز مناخ الأعمال |
| Description: | This study examines the legal framework for investment promotion under Law 18-15 by defining the concept of investment and the dimensions of incentives aimed at attracting capital. It also analyzes the institutions responsible for investment promotion and their role in implementing incentive policies. The study further addresses the various legal mechanisms, including financial, tax, and administrative incentives established to support investment projects. In addition, it evaluates the effectiveness of these mechanisms through their impact on the investment environment. Finally, it highlights the main obstacles that hinder investment promotion and proposes ways to improve the business climate. |
