| dc.description | This study examines the legal framework for investment promotion under Law 18-15 by defining the concept of investment and the dimensions of incentives aimed at attracting capital. It also analyzes the institutions responsible for investment promotion and their role in implementing incentive policies. The study further addresses the various legal mechanisms, including financial, tax, and administrative incentives established to support investment projects. In addition, it evaluates the effectiveness of these mechanisms through their impact on the investment environment. Finally, it highlights the main obstacles that hinder investment promotion and proposes ways to improve the business climate. | en_US |
