Abstract: Electronic administration (e-administration) is one of the most prominent manifestations of the digital transformation imposed by the rapid developments in information and communication technologies (ICT). It has contributed to a qualitative shift in administrative management methods by transitioning from traditional patterns to a more efficient and effective digital model. This study demonstrated that e-administration primarily aims to improve the quality of public services, simplify administrative procedures, and enhance transparency in interactions between the administration and the citizen.Accordingly, the realization of effective e-administration in Algeria remains linked to the integration of these elements and the intensification of investment in ICT. This ensures the construction of a modern administration that responds to citizen aspirations and keeps pace with the requirements of comprehensive development. The study also showed that the success of implementing e-administration requires adopting clear strategies based on providing technological infrastructure, qualifying human resources, and developing the legal and regulatory framework. Despite the efforts made by Algeria in this field, several challenges—whether technical, administrative, or human—continue to hinder the chievement of a comprehensive digital transformation
