Abstract

This study focuses on tracing the manifestations of dialogism and its concepts within contemporary digital literature, bassed on the critical theory of Mikhail Bakhtin. It examines how these concepts (polyphony, carnivalesque, and hybridization) move from the traditional printed novel to the interactive digital one.To achieve this, the digital novel ’cell no.06’by hamza Qureira was used as a case study. The research shows the ability of digital fiction to expand the concept of dialogism through hyperlinks and interactive paths, which engage the reader in creating meaning and give them an active role in changing the narrative course.
