Description: In this research, we explored the structural framework of the panegyric poem (Madih) in ancient Algerian poetry. The Tai'yya of Al-Tansi was selected as a model to illustrate the methodology adopted by Algerian poets in constructing their praise poems. This structural composition served as an imitation of the classical Arabic poem, systematically transitioning from the opening (Matla') and the introduction (Muqaddimah) to a smooth transition (Husn al-Takhallus), leading into the main objective (Al-Gharad al-Ra'isi), and finally the conclusion (Khatimah). The poet Al-Tansi employed this system to construct his poem praising Al-Mutawakkil and his children. Furthermore, we examined the linguistic syntactic structure, consisting of both verbal and nominal sentences, which contributed to strengthening and emphasizing the meaning. Following that, we analyzed the phonetic structure, demonstrating how poetic music possesses a profound impact in creating a rhythmic melody and resonance. This was achieved through the synergy of internal music—represented by rhetorical embellishments (MuhassinatBadi'iyya) and imagery (AsurBayaniyya)—and external music, namely meter (Wazn) and rhyme (Qafiyah). The harmony between these types of poetic music bestowed a unique aesthetic quality upon Al-Tansi’sTai'yya
