Abstract

This study, titled "The Novelistic Event in Maysalun Hadi's Al-Hudud Al-Barriyah (The Land Borders)," examines the event as the most fundamental core component of a novel. It explores the diversity of events within this specific work, as well as the nature of the relationship between the event and characters, and between the event and both time and space. Furthermore, it highlights the close interconnectedness among all these elements in constructing a narrative work, analyzing how each is structurally built within the selected model. These elements remain completely indispensable to the novel, as each plays a vital and necessary role in its overall composition
