Description: This study aims to investigate the role of US monetary policy in the fluctuations and performance of the Nasdaq Composite Index during the period (2015-2025), a decade marked by exceptional shifts between monetary easing and tightening. To achieve the research objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was used to trace the index's trajectory, alongside an econometric approach using (EViews) to test the impact of monetary ariables (Federal Funds Rate, Money Supply M2, and the Volatility Index VIX) on the index's monthly returns. The study concluded that technology stocks are highly sensitive to central bank decisions. Empirical results demonstrated a strong positive impact of money supply growth (M2) on the index returns, while the fear index (VIX) played a negative role due to market uncertainty. The study ultimately concludes that boom and bust cycles in the Nasdaq are directly tied to the Federal Reserve's directions.
