dc.description	This study aimed to highlight "The impact of financial strategy on the enterprise's financial structure," focusing on the role of internal and external determinants in guiding financing decisions. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical approach was used for the theoretical framework, alongside a case study approach for the practical part. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (32) employees at the Sonelgaz Distribution Directorate in Mila province. After statistically processing the data using (SPSS), the study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of external determinants (legislation, technological development, and economic conditions) on the company's financial structure. Conversely, no statistically significant impact of internal determinants was proven, reflecting the specific nature of Sonelgaz as a public energy company whose financial strategies and capital structure decisions are influenced by government policies and the external environment to a greater extent than internal organizational factors.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى تسليط الضوء على "أثر الاسترا تيجية المالية في الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة"، مع التركيز على دور المحددات الداخلية والخارجية في توجيه القرا را ت التمويلية. ولتحقيق أهداف الد را سة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تأصيل الجانب النظري، ومنهج د را سة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي من خلال توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من ) 32 ( موظفاً بمديرية التوزيع لمؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية ميلة. وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) ، توصلت الد را سة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمحددات الخارجية )التشريعات والقوانين، التطور التكنولوجي، الظروف الاقتصادية( على الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة. في المقابل، لم يثبت وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمحددات الداخلية، مما يعكس خصوصية مؤسسة سونلغاز كشركة عمومية طاقوية تتأثر استرا تيجياتها المالية وقرا را ت هيكلة رأ س مالها بالسياسات الحكومية والبيئة الخارجية بدرجة تفوق العوامل التنظيمية الداخلية	en_US
