As for the practical part, a sample of employees wasselected, where 65questionnaires were distributed, and 61 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. This was conducted by adopting the descriptive-analytical approach, statistical methods, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software to extract the results. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of emotional intelligence on the job performance of employees at a significance level of(α≤0.05) at Abdelhafid Boussouf University in Mila. It also revealed a statistically significant impact of the dimensions (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management) on employees' job performance at a significance level of (\alpha \leq 0.05). This impact reflectsa positive aspect, demonstrating that employees' possession of emotional intelligence skills directly contributes to improving the quality of performance, managing work stress, and creating a motivating environment. Conversely, the negative impact manifests in the absence VI of these skills, as their deficiency leads to a decline in performance and an increase in organizational conflicts. In light of these findings, the study recommended several actions, most notably: organizing training courses to develop emotional intelligence skills among employees, encouraging them to control emotions and manage themselves positively, in addition to providing a motivating work environment that helps improve job performance.en_US
