| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدر ا سة إلى التعرف على دور جهاز NESDA في عملية تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة والمصغرة عبر الواجهات الجامعية خاصة مرا كز تطوير المقاولاتية، والتعرف على مدى فعالية مركز تطوير المقاولاتية لجامعة ميلة في تحويل أفكار الطلبة إلى مشاريع حقيقية تطبق على أرض الواقع. ولتحقيق أهداف الد را سة تم القيام بد را سة ميدانية من خلالها تم توزيع 08 استبانة، بالإضافة إلى إجرا ء مقابلة مع مدير مركز تطوير المقاولاتية. وباستخدام برنامج ال SPSS تم تحليل هذه البيانات بالاعتماد على بعض من الأساليب الإحصائية كالمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرا فات المعيارية. وتوصلت الد را سة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: - وجود مستوى مرتفع من الوعي لدى الطلبة بخدمات جهاز NESDA ، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي 4( وهو ما يعكس درجة موافقة مرتفعة لدى أفرا د العينة؛ .. العام للمحور ) 3 - وجود درجة موافقة مرتفعة لدى الطلبة عينة الد را سة حول مساهمة مركز تطويرالمقاولاتية CDE في ؛) تكوين وتوعية الطلبة بآليات التمويل، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام ) 3.644 - هناك اهتمام متزا يد بثقافة المقاولاتية داخل الوسط الجامعي وهذا يعكس الدور الفعال الذي يؤديه مركز تطوير المقاولاتية كأحد الواجهات الجامعية في مجال التحسيس التكوين والمرا فقة. وقد أوصت الدارسة بضرورة تعزيز الرقمنة في مختلف مرا حل طلب التمويل من أجل تقليل التعقيدات البيروقرا طية، وكذلك ادماج ثقافة المقاولاتية بشكل أعمق داخل التكوين الجامعي من خلال مواد ووحدات تعليمية متخصصة في ريادة الأعمال وادارة المشاريع |
| Description: | This study aimed to identify the role of the NESDA (National Agency for Development and Support) in financing startups and micro-enterprises through university platforms, particularly entrepreneurship development centers, and to assess the effectiveness of the Entrepreneurship Development Center at the University of Mila in transforming student ideas into viable projects. To achieve these objectives, a field study was conducted, distributing 80 questionnaires and interviewing the director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center. The data were analyzed using SPSS software and statistical methods such as means and standard deviations. The study yielded several key findings, including: A high level of student awareness regarding NESDA services, with an overall mean score of 3.94, reflecting a high degree of agreement among the sample; A high level of agreement among the students regarding the Entrepreneurship Development Center's (CDE) contribution to training and raising awareness among students about financing mechanisms, with an overall mean score of 4.655. There is a growing interest in entrepreneurship within the university community, reflecting the active role of the Entrepreneurship Development Center as a university hub for awareness-raising, training, and support.The study recommended strengthening digitalization at all stages of the funding application process to reduce bureaucratic complexities, as well as integrating entrepreneurship more deeply into university curricula through specialized courses and modules in entrepreneurship and project management. |
