This study aims to highlight the role of the Algiers Stock Exchange in corporate financing through the case of Saidal Company. Although multiple sources of financing are available to economic companies, stock exchanges remain among the most important sources these companies rely on today, given the distinctive features of the financing sources provided by such exchanges compared to other financing methods. In Algeria, a stock exchange was established, providing many listed companies with additional financing sources, as is the case of Saidal Company. Saidal is considered one of the most prominent companies that turned to the Algiers Stock Exchange to obtain financing through one of the key financial instruments: shares, specifically common shares.en_US
