dc.description	This study aims to highlight the role of the Algiers Stock Exchange in equity financing for companies, using "Biopharm" as a case study. Despite the multiplicity of financing sources available to economic enterprises, stock exchanges remain among the most critical avenues currently utilized by these institutions, particularly through equity financing, given the distinct advantages this source offers compared to other financing alternatives. In Algeria, the establishment of a securities market has provided numerous listed companies with additional funding options, including equity financing. This is clearly demonstrated in the case of Biopharm, which stands out as one of the most prominent companies that turned to the Algiers Stock Exchange to secure funding through one of the most vital financial instruments: shares.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى إبرا ز دور بورصة الجزا ئر في التمويل السهمي للشركات من خلال حالة شركة بيوفارم. فعلى الرغم من تعدد مصادر التمويل المتاحة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية تظل بورصات الأو را ق المالية من بين أهم المصادر التي تلجأ إليها هذه المؤسسات في الوقت الحالي خاصة من خلال التمويل بالأسهم بالنظر لما يميز هذا المصدر عن مصادر التمويل الأخرى. وفي الجزا ئر تم إنشاء بورصة للأو را ق المالية مما أتاح أمام العديد من الشركات التي دخلت إلى هذه البورصة مصادر تمويل إضافية ومنها التمويل بالأسهم، وهو الحال بالنسبة لشركة بيوفارم، حيث توصلت الد را سى إلى أن هذه الأخيرة تعد من أبرز الشركات التي لجأت إلى بورصة الجزا ئر للحصول على التمويل عن طريق أحد أهم الأدوات التمويلية المهمة وهي الأسهم.	en_US
