dc.description	This study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on the financial performance efficiency of the National Electricity and Gas Company "Sonelgaz" in Mila Province, by examining the extent to which the dimensions of digital transformation—namely infrastructure, information systems and data management, improvement of internal processes and procedures, and human resource management and development—contribute to enhancing the company's financial performance efficiency.To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool from a sample of employees at the organization under study. The data was then analyzed using SPSS v25, employing a range of appropriate statistical methods to test the study's hypotheses.The study concluded that digital transformation has a statistically significant impact on the organization's financial performance efficiency. The adopted digital technologies contributed to improving the speed of process completion, enhancing the quality of financial information, and optimizing resource utilization. Reducing operational costs positively impacted financial performance efficiency.Based on these findings, the study recommended continued support for digital transformation projects within economic institutions, providing the necessary technical and human resources, and intensifying digital training and development programs for employees. This will contribute to improved financial performance and enhanced competitiveness for these institutions	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى قياس أثر التحول الرقمي على كفاءة الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز"سونلغاز" بولاية ميلة، وذلك من خلال د را سة مدى مساهمة أبعاد التحول الرقمي والمتمثلة في البنية التحتية، أنظمة المعلومات وإدارة البيانات، تحسين العمليات والإجرا ءات الداخلية، إدارة وتنمية الموارد البشرية في تعزيز كفاءة الأداء المالي للمؤسسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الد راسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما أنها تندرج ضمن الد را سات الكمية لأنها إعتمدت على جمع البيانات بواسطة الإستبيان من عينة من موظفي المؤسسة محل الد را سة، ثم تحليل البيانات بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss v25 من خلال مجموعة من من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لإختبار فرضيات الد ا رسة. وقد توصلت الد را سة إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتحول الرقمي على كفاءة الأداء المالي بالمؤسسة، كما بينت النتائج وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لكل من البنية التحتية الرقمية، وأنظمة المعلومات وإدارة البيانات، وتحسين العمليات والإجرا ءات الداخلية، وإدارة وتنمية الموارد البشرية على كفاءة الأداء المالي بالمؤسسة.وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها، أوصت الد را سة بضرورة مواصلة دعم مشاريع التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وتوفير الإمكانيات التق نية والبشرية اللازمة إلى جانب تكثيف ب ا رمج التدريب والتأهيل الرقمي للموظفين، بما يساهم في تحسين الأداء المالي وتعزيز القد رة التنافسية للمؤسسات	en_US
