dc.description	Guarantees for the suspect during the evidence-gathering phase in Algerian legislation In this study, we addressed the guarantees for the suspect during the evidence-gathering phase in Algerian legislation, aiming to define its legal and international framework, and to identify the guarantees established by the Algerian legislator in Law No. 25/14 containing the Code of Criminal Procedure. In our study, we adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, and we concluded that the suspect, during the investigation, knows that he is the use whatever means they liked under the pretext of uncovering crimes	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولنا في هذه الد را سة ضمانات المشتبه فيه خلال مرحلة جمع الاستدلالا ت في التشريع الجزا ئري ، حيث تهدف إلى تحديد إطارها القانوني و الدولي، وتحديد الضمانات التي أقرها المشرع الجزا ئري في قانون رقم 25 / 14 المتضمن قانون الإجرا ءات الجزا ئية، وقد اعتمدنا في د را ستنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، و قد توصلنا إلى أن المشتبه فيه اثناء الاستدلال، يعلم أنه الحلقة الاضعف امام حق الدولة في الاقتضاء منه بسبب مركزه القانوني، الذي يجعله تقبل الاجرا ءات التي تنفذ عليه بمناسبة واقعة اجرا مية، بمساس بحريته وكرا مته كتوقيفه للنظر من اجل الحصول على المعلوما ت، أو المحافظة على ادلة الجريمة، من خلال الضبطية القضائية التي تتولى تنفيذ الاجرا ءات للحصول على معلومات حول الكشف عن ملابسات الجريمة، لم يترك رجالالضبطية القضائية العمل على استخدام ما يحلوا لهم من وسائل بحجة الكشف عن الجرا ئم.	en_US
