| Abstract: | تتناول هذه الد را سة دور الشرطة العلمية في الكشف عن الجرا ئم، من خلال إبرا ز أهميتها في تحقيق اليقين الجنائي وكشف الحقيقة الجنائية، وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في التطور المتسارع لأساليب الجريمة، خاصة جرا ئم القتل العمدي، مما جعل الاعتماد على الأدلة العلمية ضرورة حتمية، كما تهدف الد را سة إلى توضيح دور الشرطة العلمية في معالجة مسرح الجريمة وجمع الآثار المادية وتحليلها، وتعتمد الشرطة العلمية على وسائل وتقنيات حديثة تساعد في الوصول إلى الأدلة الجنائية الدقيقة . وقد اعتمدت الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي والتحليلي لد را سة مختلف جوانب الموضوع، كما تم تحليل النصوص القانونية المنظمة لعمل الشرطة العلمية في التشريع الجزا ئري، حيث قسمت الد را سة الى فصلين رئيسيين الأول يتناول الإطار المفاهيمي للشرطة العلمية والجريمة، أما الثاني فقد خصص لإبرا ز مساهمة الشرطة العلمية في تعزيز فعالية التحقيق الجنائي. ويتم ذلك من خلال معالجة مسرح الجريمة وتحليل الآثار والأدلة الجنائية المختلفة، وتوصلت الد را سة إلى أن الشرطة العلمية أصبحت وسيلة أساسية في كشف الجرا ئم الحديثة حيث أن اعتمادها على التقنيات العلمية الدقيقة هو الذي ساهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق الاثبات الجنائي والوصول إلى الجناة |
| Description: | This study examines the role of the forensic police in solving crimes, highlighting their importance in establishing forensic certainty and uncovering the truth. The significance of this topic lies in the rapid evolution of criminal methods, particularly in cases of murder, which has made reliance on forensic evidence an absolute necessity. The study also aims to clarify the role of the forensic police in processing crime scenes and collecting and analyzing physical evidence. The forensic police rely on modern methods and techniques that assist in obtaining accurate forensic evidence. The study employed descriptive, historical and analytical methods to examine various aspects of the subject.It also analyzed the legal texts governing the work of the forensic police in Algerian legislation. The study is divided into two main chapters: the first addresses the conceptual framework of the forensic police and crime, whilst the second is devoted to highlighting the contribution of the forensic police in enhancing the effectiveness of criminal investigations. This is achieved through the examination of crime scenes and the analysis of various traces and forensic evidence. The study concluded that the forensic police have become an essential tool in solving modern crimes, as their reliance on precise scientific techniques has contributed significantly to establishing criminal evidence and identifying perpetrators. |
