dc.description	This paper examines the privacy dimension of electronic transction under Algerien legislation- a subject made increasingly urgent by rapid technological advancement and the growing reliance on digital media across all sectors.The study investigates the adequacy of Algerian law in addressing cybercimes tied to electronic transaction, while shedding light on the nature of thes offences, the forms they take, and the means through which they are committed. It further explores prosecution and investigation mechanisms, with particular attention to electronic evidence and the role of techical expertise. Findings reveal that the Algerian legislature has made genuine efforts to regulate and protect electronic transactions through dedicated legislation ; however, the unerlenting evolution of cybercrime demands a continuous stregthening of the legal framework and a systematic updating of countermeasures to ensure robust and effective protection.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع خصوصية الحماية الجزا ئية للمعاملات الإلكترونية في التشريع الجزا ئري، كونه من المواضيع المستحدثة التي فرضها التطور التكنولوجي والانتشار الواسع لاستخدام الوسائط الرقمية في مختلف المعاملات، تهدف الد را سة إلى توضيح مدى كفاية القوانين الجزا ئية في مواجهة الجرا ئم المتعلقة بالمعاملات الإلكترونية، مع توضيح خصوصية هذه الجرا ئم من حيث طبيعتها ووسائل ارتكابها، كما تتناول المذكرة أهم أشكال الاعتداءات الواقعة على المعاملات الإلكترونية، وآليات المتابعة والتحقيق، خاصة ما يتعلق بالدليل الإلكتروني ودور الخبرة التقنية، أظهرت الد را سة أن المشرع الجزا ئري حاول حماية هذه المعاملات عن طريق سن قوانين خاصة، إلا أن التطور المستمر للجريمة الإلكترونية يستوجب تعزيز المنظومة القانونية وتحديث أساليب المكافحة بما يضمن حماية فعالة للمعاملات الإلكترونية.	en_US
