dc.descriptionThis thesis addresses the issue of the interception of conversations and correspondence in Algerian law, considering it a procedure that affects the sanctity of private life and the confidentiality of communications. Therefore, the Algerian legislator has surrounded it with a set of legal safeguards and judicial oversight. The study also examines the conditions and procedures of this measure, while explaining the role of the investigating judge the public prosecutor, and the judicial police in its implementation, in addition to the amendments introduced by Law no.14/25 amending the Algerian code of criminal procedureen_US
