Abstract

This thesis constitutes an in-depth legal study aimed at shedding light on the issue of the “Legal Protection of Minors from Sexual Crimes.” It combines the theoretical foundation of criminal law concepts with a legislative analysis of protection mechanisms.In summary, the protection of minors from sexual crimes is not merely limited to punitive legal provisions; rather, it represents an integrated system that begins with a precise definition of legal and criminal concepts, extends through the imposition of stricter penalties on offenders who exploit the young age of victims, and culminates in preventive protection mechanisms designed to preserve the minor’s dignity and ensure their safety within society. This study serves as an analytical reference linking legal texts with practical reality, thereby contributing to a better understanding of the challenges faced by both the judiciary and the legislator in providing a safe environment for minors
