| dc.description | This doctoral research presents a comprehensive qualitative and analytical investigation of nonlinear dynamic systems through the framework of fractional calculus and modern control theory. The study starts with a methodical exploration of the fundamental properties of dynamic systems, including stability, bifurcation ehaviour, and qualitative evolution. Leveraging fractional calculus, a unified analytical framework is developed to describe systems with memory effects and non-local dynamics, providing a more precise characterization than conventional integer-order models. Severalnovel chaotic and hyperchaotic systems are introduced in both integer and fractional forms, and their dynamical properties are rigorously examined through stability analysis, Lyapunov spectrum computation, bifurcation studies, and high-precision numerical simulations. Building on this foundation, the research advances the design of adaptive and active control strategies to achieve system stabilization and complete synchronization of the newly developed four-dimensional system using RBFNN scheme. The qualitative analysis is further extended to a practical application in entropy-based key generation for Blockchains, thereby linking theoretical analysis with practical cryptographic implementation. Building further on this work, a backstepping dynamic surface control strategy is formulated and implemented for the Wang–Chen system, providing a systematic methodology for stabilizing nonlinear systems with reduced computational overhead. The system’s states are applied to image encryption via an S-box constructed from the system’s chaotic sequences, demonstrating high encryption strength, strong key sensitivity, and robust resistance against statistical and differential attacks. Finally, a sliding mode control-based synchronization framework is established for a new fractional-order hyperchaotic system, ensuring complete synchronization with enhanced precision and robustness. Extensive numerical simulations validate the theoretical predictions, confirming the efficacy of the proposed control strategies and their applicability to secure communication systems. | en_US |
