dc.description	This study examines the employment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a future mechanism to modernize the criminal policy in Algeria. It addresses the central problem of how to utilize these technologies to combat crime while confronting the resulting legal challenges. Adopting descriptive and analytical approaches, the study concludes that current Algerian legislation is inadequate to accommodate AI-related crimes. It highly ommends enacting a specific law for AI crimes, training judicial and security personnel, and establishing a national regulatory body to ensure a balance between technological advancement and constitutional fair trial uarantees.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتناول هذه الد را سة موضوع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي كآلية مستقبلية لعصرنة السياسة الجنائية في الجزا ئر. تنطلق الد را سة من إشكالية محورية حول كيفية استغلال هذه التقنيات لمكافحة الجريمة مع مواجهة التحديات القانونية المترتبة عنها. اعتمدت الد را سة على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي، وخلصت الد را سة إلى قصور التشريع الجزا ئري الحالي عن الاستيعاب الدقيق للجرا ئم المرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. وأوصت بضرورة الإسرا ع في سن قانون جنائي خاص بهذه الجرا ئم، وتكوين الكوادر القضائية والأمنية تقنياً، وتأسيس هيئة وطنية للرقابة، لضمان تحقيق الموازنة بين استثمار التطور التكنولوجي وحماية الضمانات الدستورية للمحاكمة العادلة	en_US
