| Abstract: | يعد الطب الشرعي من أهم الوسائل العلمية المتعددة في مجال العدالة الجنائية, وآلية من أليات التحقيق الجنائي , تستعين به الجهات القضائية, لما له من دور فعال في الكشف عن الحقيقة وإثبات الجريمة في ظل التطور الذي عرفته وسائل اثبات الجريمة ويتميز بطابعه المتعدد التخصصات حيث , يجمع بين الطب والقانون والعلوم الجنائية مما يمكنه من المساهمة في تحليل المسرح الجريمة وفحص الجثث وتحديد أسباب وزمن الوفاه وكذلك تحليل الآثار البيولوجية التي تشكل ق ا رئن علمية دقيقه, ذلك عن طريق الطبيب الشرعي الذي يباشر هذا العمل بتسخيرة قضائية . ومن ثم فالدليل الطبي الشرعي هو السبيل لتكوين قناعة القاضي الجنائي لإصدار أحكام عادلة وبتالي ضمان حقوق المتخاصمين |
| Description: | Forensic medicine is considered one of the most important multidisciplinary scientific means in the filed of criminal justice , and a key mechanism of criminal investigation utilized by judicial authorities .It plays an effective role in uncovering the truth and proving crimes , especially in light of the continuous development of criminal evidence methods cgaracterized by its multidisciplinary naturs , forensic medicine bridges medicine, law, and criminal sciences. This enables it to contribute significantly to crime scene analysis, autopsy examination, and the determination of the cause and time of death, as well as the analysis of biological traces that constitute precise scientific clues. This specialized work is carried out by a forensic pathologist acting under a judicial mandate. Consequently, forensic medical evidence serves as the fundamental means to establish the conviction of the criminal judge, enabling the issuance of just verdicts and thereby guaranteeing the rights of the litigants. |
