| Abstract: | تتناول هذه الدراسة أثر التطور التكنولوجي على السياسة العقابية خلال مرحلتي الكشف عن الجريمة وتنفيذ العقوبة، حيث يبرز الفصل الأول دور التكنولوجيا في الكشف عن الجرائم من خلال استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية في جمع المعلومات والأدلة، اضافة الى مساهمتها في تسريع ودقة التحقيقات، مع التطرق الى قواعد البيانات، الادة الرقمية، برامج تحليل، والربط بين الجهات الأمنية. أما الفصل الثاني فيتناول أثر التكنولوجيا في مرحلة العقوبة، سواء في تحديد العقوبات أو في تنقيدها ومراقبة المحكوم عليهم باستخدام الوسائل الحديثة كالمراقبة الإلكترونية، . وتبين الدراسة ان التطور التكنولوجي أصبح وسيلة أساسية لدعمالعدالة الجنائية، وتعزيز فعالية الإجراءات القضائية، وتحقيق سرعة أكبر وموثوقية أعلى في مكافحة الجريمة |
| Description: | This study examines the impact of technological development on criminal policy during the stages of crime detection and sentence enforcement.The first chapter highlights the role of technology in detecting crimes through the use of technological tools in collecting information and evidence ،as well as its contribution to increasing the speed and accuracy of investigations. It also addresses databases ،digital evidence ،analytical software ،and coordination between security agencies.The second chapter discusses the impact of technology during the sentencing stage ،whether in determining penalties or in enforcing and monitoring convicted individuals through modern methods such as electronic monitoring.The study shows that technological development has become an essential means of supporting criminal justice ،enhancing the effectiveness of judicial procedures ،and achieving greater speed and higher reliability in combating crime. |
