dc.description	Protection of agricultural landes from urban expansion in Algeria Agricultural lands constitute a fundamental pillar for achieving food security and economic development. However, they have become increasingly threatened by rapid and haphazard urban expansion, which has led to the depletion of vast areas of fertile land and their diversion from their natural function. To confront this phenomenon, the Algerian legislator has enacted a set of laws and legal mechanisms aimed at protecting agricultural real estate and regulating its exploitation. This is achieved either through preventive measures related to land-use planning, urbanism, and administrative control, or through punitive measures that criminalize various forms of encroachment on agricultural lands and impose sanctions on violators. The ultimate goal is to preserve agricultural land wealth and ensure its rational exploitation, thereby contributing to sustainable development and safeguarding the rights of future generations.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تشكل الأ را ضي الفلاحية ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي والتنمية الاقتصادية، غير أنها أصبحت مهددة بفعل التوسع العمرا ني السريع والعشوائي الذي أدى إلى إستنزا ف مساحات واسعة من الأ را ضي الخصبة وتحويلها عن وظيفتها الطبيعية، ولأجل مواجهة هذه الظاهرة، أقر المشرع الجزا ئري مجموعة من القوانين والآليات القانونية الرا مية إلى حماية العقار الفلاحي وتنظيم استغلاله، سواء من خلال التدابير الوقائية المرتبطة بالتهيئة والتعمير والرقابة الإدارية، أو من خلال التدابير الردعية التي تتجسد في تجريم مختلف الاعتداءا ت الواقعة على الأ را ضي الفلاحية وفرض عقوبات قانونية ضد المخالفين، وذلك بهدف المحافظة على الثروة العقارية الفلاحية وضمان استغلالها بطريقة عقلانية تساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وحماية حقوق الأجيال القادمة	en_US
