Abstract

This study examines the mécanismes for the protection and préservation of State lands in algérien législation Under Law No. 23-18. The importance of the Tepic lies in the stratégique rôle of State lands as a component of national Watch and a Key factor in économique. Social. And urbain développement. as Weil as the growing phénomène of unlawful enrochements on public propreté.The study aims to analyze the legal framework govering the protection of State lands by identifying the conce7pt and froms of encroachmznt. Examining the preventive administrative mechanisms established yo combat it. And analyzing the criminal protection provided through the criminalization of acts affecting public property and the penalties imposed on offenders. The study adopts both the analytical and descriptive approaches.The findings show that Law No. 23-18 has established an integrated legal framework combining preventive and punitive measures to strengthen the protection of State lands. However. The effectiveness of this protection remains dependent on the proper implementation of legal provisions and effective coordination among the competent authorities
