dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on regulating the contractual relationship between the electronic consumer and the electronic supplier, while the latter is more powerful than the consumer one in accordance with the Law 18-05.The study highlights the imposed preventive obligations such as digital notification and the right of withdrawal, to ensure the validity of consent،accompanied by strict regulatory and punitive mechanisms to deter abuses .Moreover,the Law represents an important step towards protecting the consumer.However, sustainable effectivenes requires continuous updating of procedural and judicial processes, in order to ensure a genuine balance that keeps up with rapid evolution and innovative digital marketing tools.en_US
