dc.description	This paper addresses the topic of cybersecurity as a mechanism for protecting parties involved in e-commerce, focusing on the effective role that cybersecurity plays in providing contracting parties through electronic means, in light of the rapid growth of e-commerce and the accompanying digital threats such as hacking, information theft, and cyber fraud. This study highlights the importance of technical means and legal frameworks in protecting contracting parties, such as encryption, electronic signatures, and identity verification systems , as well as ensuring the security and confidentiality of data and digital commercial transactions. This strengthens trust between contracting parties through the use of authentication methods, ultimately that achieving a secure digital environment requires the integration of technical protection with legal regulation the development of legislation, and the promotion of digital awareness to ensure the security and stability of commercial ansactions	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع " الأمن السيبرا ني كآلية لحماية المتعاقدين في التجارة الإلكترونية" وتبين الدور الفعال الذي يؤديه الأمن السيبرا ني في مجال الحماية القانونية و التقنية للمتعاقدين عبر الوسائل الإلكترونية, تزا منا مع التسارع الذي تشهده التجارة الإلكترونية, وما يرا فقها من تهديدات رقمية كالاخترا قات, و سرقة المعلومات, وعمليات الإحتيال الإلكتروني حيث تبرز هذه الد را سة اهمية الوسائل التقنية, و الأطر القانونية في حماية المتعاقدين مثل التشفير, والتوقيع الإلكتروني, و أنظمة التحقيق من الهوية و ضمان أمان وسرية المعطيات و المعاملات التجارية الرقمية, وهذا ما يعزز الثقة بين المتعاقدين من خلال استخدام وسائل التوثيق, لتخلص هذه في نهاية الأمر إلى أن تحقيق بيئة رقمية أمنة يتطلب تكامل الحماية التقنية مع التنظيم القانوني,وتطويرالتشريعات و تعزيز الوعي الرقمي لضمان أمن و استقرا ر المعاملات التجارية .	en_US
