Abstract

The thesis explored digitization as a strategic approach to combating administrative corruption. It clarified key concepts such as digitization and administrative corruption. Digitization offers new tools and applications to combat administrative corruption, for example: electronic services, electronic oversight and electronic ignatures, all of which are efficient mechanisms through the adoption of ICTs ensuring enhanced transparency and strengthening the trust between citizens and the administrative. Technological advancements have also introduced promising innovations, particularly artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, which enable proactive detection and prevention of administrative corruption while ensuring data integrity
