dc.description	This study addresses digital transformation in the Algerian justice sector by highlighting the extent to which digital transformation has been implemented in practice, and the main challenges hindering the achievement of an effective digital justice system. A theoretical framework for digital transformation was presented, along with an examination of the mechanisms in place for its implementation. The study also analyzes the current reality of this transformation and highlights its effectiveness in enhancing the quality and efficiency of judicial services, such as criminal record certificates, automated correction of errors in civil registry records, and the use of email technology. In conclusion, the study found that the shift from traditional administration to electronic administration was made possible by the rapid development of modern technological tools. The justice sector is one of the main sectors to adopt digital transformation. However, it faces significant challenges, the most serious of which are cybersecurity threats. Several recommendations were proposed as solutions to address these challenges, including investing in infrastructure and allocating financial and human resources for the proper management of digital technologies in the justice sector.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعالج هذه الد را سة التحول الرقمي في قطاع العدالة الجزا ئري من خلال إبرا ز مدى تجسيد التحول الرقمي في قطاع العدالة الجزا ئري على أرض الواقع، وأبرز التحديات التي تعيق تحقيق عدالة رقمية فعالة، حيث تم تقديم إطار نظري للتحول الرقمي والتعرف على الآليات المسطرة لتجسيد التحول الرقمي وأيضا تحليل واقع هذا الأخير وإبرا ز فعالياته في الرفع من جودة وكفاءة الخدمات القضائية، على غرا ر صحيفة السوابق القضائية والتصحيح الآلي للأخطاء الواردة في سجلات الحالة المدنية، وتقنية البريد الالكتروني، وفي النهاية خلصت الد را سة إلى نتائج منها التحول من الإدارة التقليدية إلى الإدارة الالكترونية كان بفضل التطور المتسارع في الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة، قطاع العدالة يعد من أبرز القطاعات التي تبنت فكرة التحول الرقمي، يواجه التحول الرقمي عر ا قيل أخطرها تهديدات الأمن السيبرا ني، كما تم اقترا ح توصيات كحلول لمواجهة هذه العرا قيل والتحديات منها الاستثمار في البنية التحتية، تخصيص موارد مالية وبشرية للتسيير الحسن للتقنيات الرقمية لقطاع العدالة	en_US
