Titre: من أجل تنمية سياحية مستدامة عرض تجارب Auteur(s): حدة, طويل Résumé: إن الاهتمام بجانب السياحة أصبح يمثل اتجاها اقتصاديا قويا في كثير من الدول، وقد أصبحت دول كثيرة تعتمد عليه كأهم قطاع اقتصادي يوفر لها ما تحتاج اليه من عملات صعبة. كما أصبحت تنمية السياحة المستدامة منهجا و أسلوبا تقوم عليه العديد من المؤسسات السياحية العالمية باعتبار أن للسياحة آثارها الإيجابية التي تعود على مختلف الجوانب الإقتصادية و الإجتماعية و الثقافية والبيئية للمجتمعات المضيفة كما أن لها تأثيرات سلبية تطال كل هذه الجوانب في هذه المجتمعات سيما في ظل الاستغلال اللاعقلاني للموارد البيئية المتاحة سعيا لتحقيق التنمية السياحية. كما قمنا في هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى تجارب بعض الدول لتحديد السياسات والأدوات المحددة المستخدمة في أراضيها والتي ساعدت على جعل قطاع السياحة أكثر استدامة. وبذلك سنقوم من خلال هذا الموضوع الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي الآتي: ما هي الإستراتيجيات الضرورية التي يمكن من خلالها الارتقاء بقطاع السياحة من أجل تحقيق التنمية السياحية المستدامة ؟ Description: Le tourisme est l’une des activités économiques majeures , il est source de richesse pour l’économie des pays et son développement demeure, aujourd’hui, l’un des objectifs primordiaux nécessaires au développement économique et social du pays . Ainsi le développement touristique durable est devenu une approche et une méthode sur laquelle la plupart des institutions du tourisme mondial sont fondées, aussi ce secteur a des effets positifs pour les divers aspects économiques, sociaux, culturels et environnementaux des communautés d'accueil et un impact négatif affecte tous ces aspects dans ces communautés, en particulier à la lumière de l'exploitation irrationnelle des ressources environnementales disponibles en vue de parvenir au développement du tourisme . Le tourisme saharien est un est considéré comme un moyen important de promouvoir les relations culturelles et la coopération internationale. Cas du CHU de Tizi-Ouzou Auteur(s): Madjid ; Amirouche; Samya, SALMI; BOUCHELAGHEM; MOHELLEBI Résumé: The process of setting up a computerisedpatient file, which requires the coupling of information systems (IS) with the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT), cannot be a source of success for the Tizi-Ouzou University Hospital or any other health establishment in the country unless the pitfalls to its implementation and the prerequisites underlying its success are sufficiently highlighted. IS that integrate ICTs are considered as tools, but their use must be sufficiently defined or identified in order to adapt them to the objectives set by any organisation. An IS-ICT is still a tool whose use must be decided. Description: Le processus de mise en place du dossier du patient informatisé qui nécessite le couplage des systèmes d’information (SI) avec l’intégration des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) ne peut être source de réussite pour le cas du CHU de Tizi-Ouzou ou autre établissement sanitaire du pays sans que soient levés les écueils à sa mise en place et que les pré-requisqui sous-tendent sa réussite soient suffisamment mis en avant.Les SI qui intègre les TICsont considérés comme des outils mais dont l’usage doit être suffisamment défini ou identifier afin de l’adapter aux objectifs fixés par toute organisation.Un SI-TICdemeure tout de même un outil dont il faut décider l’emploi.
